Return Policy

We are an independently owned and operated, local hardware store.

You have 30 calendar days to return or exchange most items from the date you purchased it.* 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. If you do not have your receipt, we can search the purchase history of Ace Rewards members, another perk of being an Ace Rewards member.

Tender will be refunded in the same manner in which the transaction was originally completed.  Cash, credit, etc.

Sale items will be refunded at the sale price.

Clearance items and items that were special ordered are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.  They are final sales.

*Hand trucks, grills, power tools, outdoor power equipment, storm supplies and tinted paint are not eligible for refunds.
